I have been training professionally since 2006. Since I began, I have been seeking to improve my coaching by asking what the best way to train is. I followed the traditional path and studied the mainstream certifications available to personal trainers. I’m a level 6 Coach with King Sports International.
By the time I was 30, I was in pain. My back, knees, neck, and shoulders all hurt regularly. I began to question the training methods I had been taught because I didn’t believe that pain was acceptable, especially at only 30 years old. I found Ian King’s teachings and enrolled in his coaching program. This program changed my perspective on training and on life. I was able to change the way I managed my body and the way I trained so that I was no longer in pain, without sacrificing athleticism and physical ability. The mainstream training provided me with lots of flashy choices and toys to train with, but I found it was missing substance. Now a level 6 coach with King Sports International, I want to share what I have learned with others. I realize this program isn’t for everyone.
