    I had been strength training with personal trainers for over 15 years and I learned more about my body in just one meeting with Tom. We walked through my history and discussed my goals. Tom developed a personal plan for me based on my current situation and to help me achieve my goals. It is definitely a process to unwind all of the tightness that I have created by just strength training for several hours a week for years and years. I had no idea that I needed to take more time to properly stretch my body in order to properly strength train. I met Tom at a networking event and when he introduced himself, I knew it was a God-Wink that we met. I am in my mid-50’s and my body was in constant pain due to improper posture and my strength training routine. I immediately stopped working out with my current trainer and hired Tom to help me unwind the damage that I was doing to my body.     When Tom works with a client and designs a program, every move and exercise is coordinated and focused to achieve desired goals. After I tripped over my dog and injured my shoulder, Tom designed a program to get it back in shape. When I went through radiation therapy, the doctors were amazed at my physical stamina --- many thanks to Tom for his program. After years of neglect and working at a computer, he designed programs to correct my posture. I really dislike running and am awkward, so recently we have been working on better coordination. As my needs and goals have changed, Tom's programs have kept pace. Nothing is generic. Tom is definitely the best!

Tom really emphasizes the importance of overall body health, from stretching and muscle development to nutrition and more.
